A course section or cohort is an individual course offered at a specific time and date and does not indicate a sequence or prerequisite. Only one section need be taken to fulfill the requirement. Multiple sections are offered to accommodate scheduling throughout the year. A student may change cohorts between semesters with no penalty to the student as long as this is done during the designated registration period.
Introduction to Hypnotherapy Program and Continuing Education Courses for Professionals
This is the first course required for individuals who are planning to take the Hypnotherapy Certification Training (200 or 300 hour tracks). This course is also offered to MFTs and LCSWs for 14 Continuing Education Credit (CEs).
Courses listed above are a Weekend Format, meeting on a Saturday and Sunday as indicated by each specific date outlined above. All sections begin promptly at 8:30 am and end at 4:30 pm with one hour for lunch and breaks throughout the day as needed. This full weekend is required for the Cert. Program.
Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification Program (200 Hours)
Once the Clinical Hypnotherapy Seminar: Introduction course has been completed, the following courses (HYP001, HYP002, HYP003) may be taken in any order.

The Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification Program consists of the following courses:
Course Sequence (200 Hour Certified Hypnotherapist Tract)
- Clinical Hypnotherapy Seminar: An Introduction to Clinical Hypnotherapy
(14 Hours)
(Required as the first course; Students enrolling into the Clinical Hypnotherapy Program must take both days: Saturday and Sunday. This course is also approved for CE Credits for MFTs and LCSWs.)
- Clinical Hypnotherapy Approaches & Application (80 Hours - 4 weekends)
(Can be taken in any order once the Clinical Hypnotherapy Seminar has been completed)
- Ericksonian Hypnotherapy (60 Hours - 3 weekends)
(Can be taken in any order once the Clinical Hypnotherapy Seminar has been completed)
- Medical Hypnotherapy (60 Hours - 3 weekends)
(Can be taken in any order once the Clinical Hypnotherapy Seminar has been completed)
- Register for the Oral and Written Certification Examination Weekend.
Advanced Seminars (Advanced Training for the 300 Hour Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist Tract)
- Choose from any of the advanced course to attain an additional 100 hours of classroom training towards the Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCH) Certification.
- Choose from any of our advanced workshops and seminars for specialization in a particular area of hypnotherapy training. These hours can also count towards fulfillment of your additional 100 CHCC hours.
